Phoebe L., Ed.S
After 20 years of public education, Phoebe graduated again. She now holds her Specialist Degree in Education (Ed.S). She specialized in Mental Health Counseling.
Next steps will be taking the National Counselor's Examination (NCE) and going before the Arkansas Board of Counselors for Orals to get her state license.
Who knows....maybe a doctor in the future?
